For your body to stay healthy, you need regular exercises. While exercising you need to consider every part of your body, from head to toe. Here are a few tips to look at when looking into your physical health.

• Rest well: To have a well-functioning body you need to get enough rest. For most people seven to eight hours of sleep should be good.

• Exercise regularly: Regular exercise will help to keep your body in good shape. It also helps to relieve stress, depression & anxiety. Most people will say they don’t have time to spend in the gym, this can easily be sorted by using public means instead of driving to work. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator, doing pushups and sit ups at home and other small simple exercises that can easily be achieved at home and on the way to work.

• Get some sunlight daily: Do not sit on your desk the whole day, take some time off and step out for lunch and get a feel of the daylight. You should get at least 10 to 15 minutes dose of sunlight per day.

• Limit your alcohol intake and avoid cigarettes and other drugs.

• Practice good nutrition: Try as much as possible to learn about what you eat, how it helps or affects your body. This way you will be able to take control over your body. Remember what you eat is what you become.

• Fast: Fasting helps to clean up your system, wash out all the toxins from your body, resulting in a healthy body.
